Asking Price Reduced by $40k

I originally posted this picture on May 5, 2005. The caption that I wrote read "This is what about $940k will get you in Rumson. It's not on the water either. Nice front yard [sarcasm]." According to the MLS, the asking price is now $899k. We'll check back occasionally to see if it remains listed at $899k. Also for shore newbees, having rocks instead of grass for your front lawn, like this house, usuallly means that the area occasionally floods with salt water.
