2909 Listings this Week

Last week the number of listings for eastern Monmouth County was 2853. The jump from 2853 to 2909 is an increase 1.96%. This is the biggest weekly increase since I started tracking the listings a few months ago.

Ed,

Thursday at 11:50 we're at 2928. FYI, Western Monmouth is at 1637 and Southern Monmouth is at 723.

Just started watching all of them and I think Western is up about 200 in the last week.

Keep in mind, this is not a traditional real estate selling season so more houses coming on the market now is likely more significant than it would be in the spring.

You would hardly be the first to "dis" the 'burg. Keansburg gets my vote for the most dissed town in Monmouth County.

In this week, house inventory was also increased significantly in other new jersey towns. I observed several up-scale towns located in Essex, Union, Middlesex and Merser county where people can commute to NJ with one and half hour. From Sep. 8 to Sep. 15, it was increased to 1434 from 1336. That is about 7% increase.

hi. let's not dis keansburg for the $300,000 shacks, that's this stupid real estate bubble. let's all applaud keansburg for putting in that wonderful water park for families to enjoy. now that's the jersey shore! it's for the people, not just for lawyers, real estate developers and the rich!
