Spoke to friend who is a realtor. Said things just died in last several weeks (Morris Cty). First time he ever admitted to me that he is worried about a few of the house/condos he is trying to flip.
Well, it's not a one way street and I did have hear him boasting for the last year about his successes all the while I had to bite my lip sitting there thinking the market is completely bonkers.
