That's one big list. So did that guy have a plan to annex New Jersey or something?
Maybe not all of NJ, but a good portion of southern Monmouth County. He seems to have bought up all of the odd ball properties on RT. 35 south of Monmouth Mall.
Try putting some of the addresses into Google Earth and you get a very clear picture of where all of his holdings are.
