Interview with Grim from North Jersey

[My whole interest in real estate came after I got married and we started doing the same thing every other newly married couple does. We were renting an apart ment and we would go out and try to look for a place and it was intimidating. This was in early 2005, during the frenzy of the bid ding wars. We made a bid on two properties and, of course, we were outbid on both and it was just silly. One of the houses was in Montclair. It was listed for $499,000. Great price, right? But, of course, it closed for $700,000. It was incredible. And at the point, it was like: "This has gone too far. The market has just lost its mind."]

With 4.4 unemployment ,falling gas prices,falling mortgage rates ,I see the easing of homes prices comming to a end early spring ..(things always look the worst just before they are get better)..the economy is steaming ahead ,the only thing that could derail this is if Democrats win both house and senate... I said COULD

Yeah, if dose Demmycrats get in, they'll ruin everthin'. "Steaming ahead", LOL! Steaming like a giant pile of cow dump in the afternoon sun, that is.
