More Exclamation Points !!!

I get lots of e-mails from listing agents describing various properties around Monmouth County, which I appreciate. What I have discovered is that (1.) I hate reading exclamation points and (2.) Realtors® use them by the ton.

While exclamation points are annoying! (see) they are a pretty good indicator of when a Realtor® is posting in the comment section or on other message boards.
