Monmouth County Forclosures May 23, 2005 -Repost

The trend is your friend. It's starting to look like forclosures in Monmouth County, NJ are on the upswing. I think it is still to early to determine what might be causing the uptick in the number of forclosures. For all I know, the recent upturn could be due to seasonal factors. In the meantime, we'll continue to track Monmouth County forclosures.
