Pulte Homes’ CEO Comment
[NEW YORK (Reuters) - The chief executive of one of the top U.S. home builders, Pulte Homes Inc., on Wednesday said he saw no national housing bubble but that prices in the costliest markets could flatten or even decline.
"I don't think there's a housing bubble," CEO Richard Dugas said at the Reuters Real Estate Summit. "Does that mean that the rate of increase (in prices) slows or goes slightly negative in some areas? I think that's possible." ]
