Dohhhhh! - Listings Up Big
We usually only post listings from the Eastern Monmouth MLS every Wednesday. I took a look today out of curiosity and noticed a big jump from yesterday's count of 2995 to 3024 today. That is the biggest one day increases I have seen since about April. If I were to go long Jersey Shore real estate, I think would wait until the supply stops increasing.

Over the last two days, Northern NJ saw the same behavior, the largest one days jumps so far this month.

hi. said this before, was down in belmar, ocean grove a few weeks ago and i have never seen so many for sale signs. if you want to buy, i say wait a little and then you should be able to get a great deal.
Fyi Have friend that lives in Toms River, said tons of for sale signs all over ocean county.
He owns some real estate and he said this is the biggest mania he has ever seen. He expects 30-40% rollbacks when all said and done.
