Listings Up to 3035 This Week
Last week the number of houses listed for sale on the eastern Monmouth County MLS was 2995. Jersey Shore house buyers now have 40 more properties to choose from this week compared to last week.

Your numbers are in line with the numbers we're seeing up in North Jersey, approximately up 1-1.5% this week. While 1.5% a week might not seem like a significant increase, annualized it comes to over 100% increase in inventory.

Wait til the real selling season hits. it ain;t going to be 1.5 % increase. You may see 10 times that number come jan feb or march.

These spam-bots are brutal. Maybe you can marshall a small army of FC basement bois to do a troll attack on each offending link.
You can use the word verification to stop the spam bots but still allow anonymous comments. It makes it a bit more work for users to post comments, but cuts down on the spamaintenance.
