Not really RE-related, but since I don't live down there anymore but visit from time to time can you verify something?
When I got on the Parkway (n) at 109, I saw what appeared to be a stand of wild bamboo growing in the thicket off to the right just as the on-ramp merges.
Was I just seeing things?
Most likely the bambooo you are seeing is Phyllostachys bissetti or possibly Phyllostachys aureosulcata. In either case, each is able to grow and thrive in Lincroft or River Plaza type conditions.
Howdy southern neighbors.. I posted a tutorial on my blog about searching NJ tax record databases online. It's the first part in a series on real estate information.
One of the better databases online is the Monmouth database, which covers many of the Southern counties as well.
I thought this information would be useful for the buyers sitting on the sidelines down at the shore as well.
