We went into place in Middletown, it the very nice Oak Hill section. The house was a small 3 br, 2 ba, no lot, needed some work. The agents stated they were offering a splendid deal of $650,000 and we better act fast. We chuckled and left. BTW, I looked at the agent registry, not one person had signed it.
