I went to 6 open houses in Little silver last week I put 2 conditional bids on 2 homes both about 35,000-42,000 below offering price ( about 5%) both declined without a counter ...this is getting frustrating,any thoughts ???
Be patient - you will get nowhere by getting antsy.
