Kara Shoul Maybe Fix the Seawall

BRIGHT - On a site along the town's sea wall, 18 of the 20 homes to be constructed at the Tradewinds at Sea Bright development stand proudly.

Whether or not the other two homes that development builder Kara Homes of East Brunswick was to build will be constructed any time soon remains to be seen.

Last Thursday, Oct. 5, the beleaguered Kara Homes filed for bankruptcy in U.S. Bankruptcy Court, according to Patrick Turner, an attorney for the developer, which has constructed homes statewide since 1999.

Zudi barely managed to finish those horrible houses in Sea Bright, the remaining land was sold off to keep his creditors at arm's length for another day. The main reason Kara managed to (almost) complete that particular project was that his VP of sales had invested in one of the homes and he needed a quick turn-around on his (still for sale BTW). Ugly white elephants, crammed too close together, filled with people dumb enough to drop millions of dollars on homes in trashy Sea Bright, LOL. Fools.

Shrewsbury & Tinton Falls were pipe dreams. The "coming soons" on the Kara site are all old, old news. That land is all long gone.

The issues mentioned at other, completed Kara sites are common at EVERY Kara Homes development. As soon as Zudi pockets the dough, he doesn't care too much about the customer. Never did.

Yeah Right!,
There are still two houses left at Tradewinds that were to be finished by Kara Homes Inc. They sit in the elements to this day. Rusting, swelling and deteriorating. Whoever gets these homes BEWARE! BEWARE!. One of these was supposed to be Zudis. I guess he figured he would be endlessly hassled for "FUCKING OVER" all of his neighbors. They might have had to hide him somewhere beneath their wonderful "view" of the Atlantic.

Those houses that are left are probably Zudis and Chris Fry/Jablonski-They both got them for next to nothing and were allowed to flip them for millions in profit. Don't be surprised to see all of those homes sinking at some point in time-mark my words!!

Yes they would make the sale for a neg profit to the company, then sell them privatly, the company would loose profit and noone cared but personally they would make a million or more on some of these deals. its a form of embezzlment and there will be inditements soon
we are looking into it
