that's all very nice but it tells me nothing ,if NEW listings are homes being put up for sale to see if someone wants to make a bid ..well fine I would list my home at 4 million if someone wants to buy fine if not I just live it in for the next 10 years ...
I'm not sure what stat you are focusing on, but the demand numbers are way down everywhere. Buyers are already in hibernation for the winter.
