Eminent Domain for New Condos

This issue has been going on for some time in Long Branch. It seems like the City of Long Branch is subsidizing wealthy developers by enacting the eminent domain process.

Welcome to Long Branch where the tenaments meet the sea!- Those condos will look much worse than the existing homes when this bubble bursts. Already Pier Village is renting a whole floor as dorm rooms to Monmouth University. Oh boy, makes me want to run and buy a $900,000 condo so I can party ALL NIGHT with the college kids!

I saw that one of condos developed by Applied Dev. is being sold for $550k, even though the big sign out front says they start at $600k. One of the early buyers is pricing there condo $50k less than the MSPR.
