I caught this unintentionally hilarious REMAX tv spot tonight. The voice-over actually boasted "And now REMAX has even more listings to choose from."

Yeah, no kidding.

Three quarters of therespondents said that they had very little concern about theprospective value of their homes.

Before the end of this year, the Fed will start cutting rates in an attempt to save the RE market. Home owners will be shocked that the lower rates won't bring back the bubble. When a bubble bursts, it is over.
