Bring Back The Tides
The writer in this article summarizes nicely how the Shore has changed recently. It seems that this area is becoming more unaffordable each year for a lot of people. It seems like it would be virtually impossible for a family of three or four to buy a house in almost any Monmouth County town if they didn’t earn at least $150k per year. The writer doesn’t say though, and he probably does not recognize it, that the problem of being unable to afford a house is pretty widespread along the coasts of this country and is not limited to the Jersey Shore.
